Project Description
Dr Ricardo Pinto was commissioned by the OECD Investment Compact programme in order to prepare a report on the SME Reform Index in Serbia and the Banat and Zlatibor regions. Following a detailed fact finding mission, Dr Ricardo Pinto prepared the draft SME Reform Index, including analysis on the SME support programme of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, SME Agency, Development Fund and Export Promotion Agency. The draft report was well received by the OECD and the resulting policy recommendations were presented to the Government, Regional Development Agencies and local authorities by the OECD.
