Review and Strengthening of draft National Employment Strategy of Moldova.
Services Provided
Pinto was commissioned by ILO to undertake a thorough review of the draft National Employment Strategy of Moldova 2016-2020 which was considered to be in urgent need of strengthening. This was carried out, resulting in a much more structured and consistent analysis, SWOT and recommendations. Apart from the overall quality control role performed, Dr Pinto had an input in adding and improving the measures connected with the Action Plan in relation to SME development, value chains, vulnerable labour market groups, diaspora and remittances, etc.
