Project Description
The GAIN project has three intentions: firstly, the development of policy instruments by the Ministry of Environment with the participation of relevant stakeholders and other political and private partners to improve framework conditions for cleaner production; secondly, the promotion of business development services (BDS), including technical and financial support offers, in the area of environmentally friendly and resource-saving production; and finally, support medium-sized and large companies to improve KPIs in the area of environment and climate.
Ricardo was commissioned to support GAIN with the following issues:
- Review of current project strategy;
- Development of options for strategic alignments;
- Integration of the strategy into operations;
- Update of strategy;
- Review of results achieved and development of future strategic directions;
- Ad-hoc support.
