Project Description
Evaluation of Support to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Sector Development in Mongolia, EC FWC Lot 10. This evaluation focused on the Support to SME Sector Development (SSMESD) project, which involved cooperation between the Delegation of the European Union to China and Mongolia (EUD) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). It started on the 01/08/2011 and ended on 31/05/2016, lasting for 58 months and having a budget of EUR 4.2 million. The project worked at the macro, meso and micro levels.
Services Provided
Pinto led a team which undertook the evaluation; Visits to Beijing, Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, Erdenet, Khuvsghul, etc.; Prepartion of Final Evaluation Report, including recommendations for the second phase of the project.
