Project Description
Dr Pinto was commissioned by GFA to develop two working document to implement the ‘Ethiopia Tamirt’ movement (ETM) covering:
- Guidelines on ETM, project office, PPD, cluster committees, technical committees, success factors, results based monitoring system, etc.
- Review the draft PPD framework for ETM and develop a workable PPD framework that is aligned with the Ethiopia Tamrit Movement Implementation Guideline/Working Document he has prepared in the first stage of the assignment.
Both documents were crucial to the effective operationalisation of the ETM movement with a focus on industrial sector reforms and use of PPD.
