Project Description
Dr Ricardo Pinto was commissioned by GHK International to be the team leader of this assignment. The project design targeted the Kaliningrad and the Pskov regions of Russia and focused on three main elements:
- Public-private dialogue on enterprise development issues.
- Development of Business Development Services.
- Access the finance for SME development.
Dr Ricardo Pinto was responsible for the design of the first component. This involved detailed discussions with the key stakeholders in the two regions (public and private), presentation of the draft concept to the beneficiaries, preparation of a project log frame, action plan and ToRs for the project. The project was subsequently tendered as an EC project.
